Location: Roxboro, NC (Bushy Forks Community)

History: A family farm for over 200 years, Sunset Ridge Buffalo Farm has been raising buffalo/bison since 2001. The animals are raised and finished on grass, hay, and baleage using no growth hormones or antibiotics. All of their products are from the Pleasant’s herd of North American Bison. Cuts available may vary from week to week depending on inventory. Sunset Ridge Buffalo Farm’s products are available at the Durham Farmers' Market as well as the Carrboro Farmers' Market, their home, and on the Internet.
