History: We raise our lambs the old fashioned way, allowing our sheep to graze open pastures. We supplement our mothers with grain and high protein alfalfa to help meet the demands of the nursing little ones. Pasture, however, is their primary food source.

We raise Navajo Churro sheep which Slow Food named to it's Ark of Taste based on the valuable traits of the breed. Our Navajo Churro genetics are smaller framed yet produce tender, lean, distinctive sweet flavored meat. We are proud to be able to offer quality products from our healthy happy sheep.
