History: Twin Cakes Bakery is the fanciful creation of twin sisters Lori and Michelle, two passionate certified raw vegan chefs who discovered long ago the joy of leading a gluten-free, vegan and raw lifestyle. Also the founders of Pure2Raw, a raw foods product line. With an obsession for creating tasty treats that use alternative ingredients, our mission is to offer healthier, whole-grain, gluten-free, and vegan products that are full of flavor and delight. We take in consideration our part in taking care of the environment by following business practices that recycles, reduce, and reuse when possible. Our bakery’s mission is to create products that you would never know it is gluten-free and vegan. We believe in using high quality ingredients that not only taste delicious, but also are nutritionally good for you. Even if you do not suffer from any food allergies, it is important to feed your body pure, wholesome treats and give it a re-charge after working hard to process wheat and animal products. Keeping in line with our vision, we are a dedicated gluten-free, vegan facility and we only make gluten-free, vegan products. We bake our delicious baked goods in our state inspected domestic kitchen. All of our mouth-watering recipes have been altered to eliminate gluten, eggs, dairy, and sugar, as well as peanuts, soy, casein, and corn. Our final creations still keep the delicious quality of the original recipes but are a true, healthy treat!
