History: Our farm is based on growing fine vegetables, all 12 months of the year, using intensive, sustainable management practices. The majority of our product come from the 5 large hoop houses on our property. We only use solar enery to heat our hoop houses and huge amounts of recycled organic matter (compost) to provide fertility. We rarely have to use any spays to control pest or diseases, but when we do, all material used on the farm for vegetable production are OMRI (organic use) certified. We enjoy planting many heirloom varieties so that you can experience the array of flavors and colors of vegetables not seen in the grocery stores.
