PIEDMONT MICROGREENS

Piedmont Microgreens is an indoor farm located just four miles from the farmer's market! We specialize in microgreens, which are the youngest stage of vegetable crops. Microgreens are great because they're beautiful, tasty, and packed with nutrients. We will be bringing the following microgreens to the market: sunflower shoots, pea shoots, nutrition mix, salad mix, a farmer's choice, and a few specialty varieties, like cilantro, dill, and onion! The nutrition mix is a blend of broccoli, cabbage, and kohlrabi microgreens, while the salad mix is a blend of sunflower shoots, buckwheat, and kale microgreens. The farmer's choice will be a revolving blend of what inspires us each week.

HOMEBUCHA

We are excited to return to market this weekend with a new seasonal flavor on tap! This year's "Winter Warmer" blends chai spices and pineapple with a house crafted elderberry infusion. It's a definite hit as the cold temps roll in. We'll be pouring fresh from the tap into our custom 32oz Homebucha bottles, as well as 12oz cups. Cans of our flagship flavors will also be available in singles and 6 packs. Want to place a larger custom order? Send us a message via the contact on our website. See you at the market!

BONLEE GROWN FARM

The chilly season has arrived, and so it’s time to start thinking about the holidays! We have lots of jams, jellies, pickles, & relishes to bring to the dinner table and as gifts for loved ones. RED DRUM ROASTERS

Based in Durham, Red Drum Roasters focuses on small-batch, single-origin coffees that are distinctive yet approachable. We source our beans from a handful of importers who cultivate direct and beneficial relationships with farmers and co-ops in east Africa, Central America, and South America.

FARMHOUSE CHEESE: We have New Moon, as well as our popular Carolina Moon week. New Moon is wrapped and sold when it is young, has a slightly firm and smooth texture, a light, milky flavor. Other cheeses include well-aged Calvander, Dairyland Farmers cheese, Hot Farmers, Dill Farmers, Hickory Grove, our washed-rind cheese, and a few of our packaged HolidayMoon if you're looking for a hostess gift. Use tangy Farmers' cheese in Mexican food or add the flavored version to scrambled eggs.

Joyful cycles, circles, and spirals intertwine through my life and work. 

Sometimes when I set up at market the sun sparkles off my glazes just so. 

With my camera, I chase the colors through the glare.

I cut, paste, upload, edit into repeat mirrored pattern, press a few more buttons in our magic machines and soon a fabric arrives at my doorstep. 

More cutting, sewing, turning, lining to create a potholder. 

I reload the van, circular wheels roll me and my wares to market. 

I repeat the cycle to set up my tables and wares. 

The sun shines again. 

My camera and eye scan the table, discovering the juxtaposition of the fabric and the glazed pot.

And now, you too can have potholders that match your bowls. 

Look for me in my winter spot on the south edge soaking in the sunshine (or soaking in the rain?)

Located in the heart of downtown Durham, NC, Loaf focuses on hearth baked sourdough breads and pastries.
